Safely operate transit buses along designated routes and schedules.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding and answering questions.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
Work varying days and hours, including weekends, as required by the schedule.Must be at least 21 years of age (as required by state law)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (paid training provided)
Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening, BMV license check, and criminal background check
Good driving record
Fluency in English
Strong commitment to safety and customer service
No previous bus driving experience required
Starting training wage: $20.59 per hour, with progressive increases up to $30.28 per hour.
Paid training program to help you earn your CDL with passenger endorsement
