Overview

As a Software Integration Engineer at Publicis Sapient, you will play a key role in enabling our clients to modernize their technology landscapes. You’ll design and implement scalable integration and automation solutions while helping teams transition from legacy systems to modern enterprise platforms. This role blends software development, data integration, and strategic consulting—empowering transformation across digital, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives.

Your Impact

• Conduct modernization assessments and define migration paths from legacy to enterprise platforms
• Provide consulting and technical support for data integration and AI-readiness projects
• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software integrations and automation capabilities
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, and analytics solutions across cloud platforms
• Promote enterprise data standards, governance, and approved technology patterns
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Engineering, and platform teams to ensure compliance with standards
• Evaluate and implement SaaS-based tools that accelerate modernization (e.g., Data Observability)
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management
• Troubleshoot application, data integration, performance, and data quality issues
• Develop intuitive UI dashboards and tools to enhance business process adoption
• Support modernization efforts involving data platforms, Lakehouse, metadata management, and AI-enabled solutions

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, data integration, or analytics
• Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent data platforms
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, integration frameworks, and analytics architectures
• Experience developing custom applications and automations
• Ability to build web-based user interfaces that support business workflows
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data modeling principles
• Skilled in GitHub-based collaboration and modern engineering practices
• Exposure to AI, data observability, and emerging technologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration capabilities
• Comfortable working in agile environments across distributed global teams
• Demonstrated curiosity and continual learning in new technologies
