Description
As a Senior Product Manager - Bioprocessing & Digital Solutions, you will lead product strategy, commercialization, and growth initiatives within the Bioprocessing business. You will also lead strategic programs that integrate digital and AI-enabled capabilities into our products and service offering, helping customers make faster and better bioprocessing decisions.

What You Will Do
- Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization for assigned bioprocessing product portfolio.
- Translate VOC, market trends, customer workflows, and competitive insights into product roadmaps and growth strategies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and adoption.
- Lead digital and AI-enabled initiatives that enhance our bioprocessing products and customer service offering.
- Partner across R&D, applications, digital/IT, data science, sales, marketing, customers, and external technology partners.

- This position is hybrid based in King of Prussia, PA or open to remote on the East Coast of the United States
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, product management, or related markets.
- Demonstrated product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercialization experience.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bioprocessing, chromatography, or downstream purification experience.
- Commercial/sales and customer-facing experience.
- Experience with AI/ML applications, predictive modeling, decision-support tools, or scientific digital platforms.
- Demonstrated product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercialization experience.
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing industry dynamics and customer workflows.
- Experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, forecasts, and go-to-market plans.
- Experience leading digital products, software-enabled solutions, analytics, AI/ML initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into digital product roadmaps and development priorities.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs without direct authority.
- Strong customer-facing, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
