O Analista de Trade Marketing Canal Pl – Indireto irá apoiar o time de Trade Marketing Canal no desenvolvimento do planejamento de marcas do seu portfólio com foco no desenvolvimento da categoria e execução.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Auxiliar na consolidação de informações para o JBP e apresentações executivas, utilizando sistemas de auditoria e relatórios internos.

• Conduzir a leitura e diagnóstico do canal por marca, e diagnosticar os principais KPIs e traduzi-los em recomendações acionáveis.

• Construir e manter dashboards e reports recorrentes (semanais e mensais), incluindo one-pagers executivos para a liderança e cia.

• Liderar a elaboração de campanhas, estratégia promocional e ações de trade apoiando após a estratégia com, acompanhamento e performance (ROI, uplift e incrementabilidade).
• Gestão do orçamento da área e acompanhamento e desenvolvimento direto do estagiário da área.

Qualificações e Competências

Competências Comportamentais

 

• Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Marketing ou áreas afins;
• Sólida experiência Trade Marketing Canal ou áreas similares (Gestão de Categoria, Inteligência de Mercado, Trade Categoria ou Comercial);
• Conhecimento avançado em Excel, Powerpoint;
• Inglês intermediário;
• Conhecimento de IQVIA.
• Localização: São Paulo ou Rio de Janeiro
• Desejável vivência preferencialmente em indústrias de FMCG/FMCH;
