Auction Gate Security Attendant

The Auction Gate Security Attendant helps maintain a safe and secure auction facility by monitoring vehicle and visitor access, verifying vehicle information, and supporting daily auction operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, dealers, and transport drivers.

Responsibilities for Auction Gate Security Attendant

• Control and monitor vehicle and visitor access at the auction gate
• Log incoming vehicles and verify VINs, stock numbers, and dealer information
• Inspect vehicles for damage, tampering, or discrepancies
• Maintain gate security and secure facility access points
• Lock gates, doors, and set alarms when required
• Assist with auction-day traffic flow and customer service
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule for Auction Gate Security Attendant

• Monday – Friday
• 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Requirements

 Qualifications for Auction Gate Security Attendant

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to stay alert in a fast-paced environment
• Security, military, law enforcement, or related experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, and move around vehicles safely
• Work outdoors and monitor vehicle activity throughout the facility
