Job Description:
External Communications
Assist in creating and implementing communication plans that support business and strategic objectives.
Prepare high-quality communication materials such as press releases, executive notes, speeches, talking points, and stakeholder messages.
Handle media coordination, respond to inquiries, and support interview preparation for spokespersons.
Build productive relationships with journalists, media outlets, and external communication partners.
Liaise with external agencies to ensure messaging consistency and timely execution of campaigns.
Track industry news, policy updates, and market developments to identify communication opportunities.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the organization’s market presence and reputation.
Internal Communications
Develop internal communication content including announcements, leadership updates, newsletters, and employee messages.
Partner with internal teams to communicate important milestones, initiatives, and business updates effectively.
Support employee awareness and engagement through timely internal messaging.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and align communication priorities.
Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media engagement, or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand complex information and convert it into clear, compelling content.
Proven experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.
Self-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities effectively.
