Job Inputs:
- Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring activities are aligned with business objectives, target outcomes, and measurable performance goals.
- Monitor performance and outcomes, interpret results, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness. Apply insights from data, research, and trends to inform data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Manage and optimize marketing programs, campaigns, or operational workstreams, utilizing performance data and insights to improve effectiveness and business impact.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans that include milestones, dependencies, success measures, and performance indicators.
- Prepare and deliver performance reporting, dashboards, and business reviews that translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build strong working relationships to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and support effective execution and delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements through performance analysis, scaling best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Support budget management by tracking marketing spend and identifying variances or follow-up needs.
- Leverage marketing technology tools for planning and performance tracking to drive data-driven decisions.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
- Four-year college degree, preferably in a marketing, communications, or related program
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing or a related field
Preferred Education & Experience:
- MBA Preferred
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while balancing competing priorities, business objectives, and performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable priorities.
- Ability to develop project plans that incorporate milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and measures of success.
- Experience monitoring performance metrics and utilizing data to assess program effectiveness and support decision-making.
Communicating & Influencing Skills:
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with the ability to influence stakeholders through analysis, insights, and business rationale.
- Ability to communicate complex data and recommendations clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to independently identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions based on data and business impact.
- Ability to leverage metrics and performance insights to support decisions, recommendations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Outputs:
- Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives in support of business objectives
- Analyze business and campaign performance data and reporting to identify insights and support recommendations.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and leaders. Clearly communicate priorities, risks, and outcomes.
- Track and document marketing plans, campaign activity, budgets, and follow-up items to support team alignment.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the adoption of best practices.

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees.
