LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Looking for a nursing role where your skills, compassion, and dedication are valued? Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care and support to residents in our long-term care community.

We are currently hiring for Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

Compensation

• Earn $30.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience
• Additional $2.00/hour for PM and Overnight shifts
• Additional $0.75/hour weekend premium
• Holiday pay
• On-call bonus opportunities

What You'll Be Responsible For

Every day brings the opportunity to improve the quality of life for our residents. In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct nursing care and resident support
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions
• Assist with resident evaluations and health monitoring
• Contribute to individualized care planning
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and fellow caregivers
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and shift-to-shift communication

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license or eligibility for license transfer
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Available Schedules

Choose the shift that works best for you:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Rotating weekends and holidays may be required.
