St. Joseph Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a professional with a strong management background and excellent interpersonal skills to oversee our business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable management encompassing Medicaid, VA, and Private Pay billing and collections
- Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity
- Daily cash posting
- Handle family inquiries pertaining to billing
- Participate in monthly close processing (including triple check)
- Post ancillary charges monthly
- Prepare the daily census report
Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility is a plus.
