## Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve global occupational health and industrial hygiene management systems, standards, and programs across Micron sites.
• Lead exposure assessments, interpret industrial hygiene data, and recommend risk reduction strategies using the Hierarchy of Controls.
• Provide technical expertise for facility design reviews, process changes, site expansions, and the introduction of new chemicals, materials, and technologies.
• Be responsible for workplace health initiatives, including medical surveillance programs, exposure investigations, and occupational health risk reduction efforts.
• Evaluate and support toxic gas monitoring systems, technologies, and implementation strategies to ensure effective hazard detection and worker protection.
• Partner with EHS, engineering, facilities, operations, and occupational health teams to identify, assess, and mitigate workplace health risks.
• Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and industry protocols, translating them into global standards, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Lead global occupational health and industrial hygiene projects, employing digital technologies and AI-enabled solutions to enhance risk identification, exposure assessment, and continuous improvement.

## Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting industrial hygiene, occupational health, environmental health and safety (EHS), chemical management, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of occupational exposure assessment methodologies, industrial ventilation, chemical hazard evaluation, and applicable regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, project management, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, multi-functional teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential, or progress toward certification.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or other advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience with occupational health programs, toxic gas monitoring, chemical risk management, ergonomics, and exposure data management systems.
• Experience supporting global operations across multiple regulatory jurisdictions and participating in compliance audits such as ISO 45001.
• Experience and/or interest in developing and implementing Agentic AI workflows and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency, risk assessment, and program effectiveness.
