What this job involves

• Conduct routine daily inspection and follow up on premises up-keeping
• Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure system availability
• Co-ordinate and oversee minor re-stack and moves including furniture management
• Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies such as cleaning, landscape etc.
• Other administrative tasks and record maintenance as assigned
• Any ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company’s discretion

Desired experience and technical skills required  

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Studies, Facility Management and Property Management
• A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the corporate real estate or facilities management.  Candidate with stronger working experiences and background may consider as Senior Facilities Officer.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of facilities / housekeeping management
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure
