Apprentice I 

Principle Accountabilities 
•    Display rudimentary understanding of business area functions
•    Perform basic job role functions with close supervision
•    Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks
•    Operate required business area office equipment, business technology and software with close supervision
•    Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications
•    Perform basic problem-solving functions
•    Identify incremental process changes
•    Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements
•    Distribute business area required information, materials or documentation

Apprentice II

Principal Accountabilities
•    Display advanced understanding of business area functions
•    Perform advanced job role functions with moderate supervision
•    Operate required business area office equipment, business technology and software with minimal supervision
•    Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications
•    Perform advanced problem-solving functions related to the business area
•    Identify and recommend incremental process changes
•    Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements
•    Distribute business area required information, materials or documentation

Apprentice III

Principal Accountabilites
•    Displays specialized understanding of business area functions
•    Perform advanced job role functions with minimal supervision
•    Independently operate required business area office equipment, business technology and software
•    Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications
•    Perform advanced problem-solving functions related to the business area
•    Identify, recommend and implement incremental process changes
•    Monitor, report and recommend improvements based on business area measurements
•    Distribute business area required information, materials or documentation
