You will be responsible to:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation, electrical and control equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions and engineering best practices;
• Diagnose faults in measurement loops (pressure, temperature, flow, level, humidity, differential pressure) and restore equipment to service quickly and safely;
• Review and verify calibrations performed by external providers, checking certificates against acceptance criteria and traceability, and flagging out-of-tolerance results for assessment;
• Supervise and verify the quality of maintenance work by contractors on site:
• Record all work accurately in the CMMS (SAP PM) and in GMP documentation, in line with data integrity principles;
• Take part in work-permit risk assessments and make sure work is carried out safely:
• Support the investigation of deviations and CAPAs related to the area;
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Quality and HSE programmes;
• Act as the first-line troubleshooter for instrumentation issues, escalating complex problems to engineering when required;
• Share know-how with and support the training of junior team members.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Technical course qualification in Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation or Electrical;
• Experience in industrial maintenance, with hands-on instrumentation troubleshooting;
• Understanding of calibration principles (tolerances, uncertainty, traceability);
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical and loop diagrams, and equipment documentation;
• Experience in pharma, chemical, oil&gas or food industry;
• Experience managing or supervising contractors;
• Familiarity with BMS/EMS, PLC/SCADA;
• Experience with SAP PM or another CMMS;
• Exposure to cleanroom/HVAC instrumentation;
• Availability to work on shifts.
