Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets as per the daily route plan.
Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and available on shelves.
Maintain agreed planograms, shelf share, visibility, and brand standards.
Check stock availability and coordinate with the Sales team for replenishment.
Monitor product expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
Ensure proper price tags, promotional materials, POSM, and promotional displays are available.
Identify out-of-stock situations and report them immediately.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, displays, and market activities.
Build strong working relationships with store supervisors and outlet staff.
Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Submit daily outlet visit and merchandising reports with required photos.
Ensure damaged or expired products are reported and handled according to company procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of merchandising experience in FMCG, preferably in beverages, bottled water, food, or consumer products.
Strong experience handling supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and modern trade outlets.
Good knowledge of UAE retail markets and merchandising practices.
Strong understanding of shelf management, product visibility, planograms, stock rotation, FIFO/FEFO, and POSM.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets efficiently.
Physically fit and willing to travel between outlets daily.
UAE experience is highly preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
