Job Description

Responsibilities:
 Responsibility for sales results in the region
 Accounting for dealers' sales results: summarizing quarterly results, setting new goals for the quarter (loan, leasing, insurance), proposing solutions, and obtaining commitments from the dealer to actions that improve sales efficiency
 Negotiating contracts with dealers
 Preparing dealers' salespeople for product sales: preparing training materials, providing knowledge and information on sales techniques and sales skills
 Promoting sales of products related to loans and leasing
 Responsibility for Prospecting, negotiating, and contacting key clients, in collaboration with the dealer network,
 Providing the Marketing Department with information on the financial products market and competitor activities, and suggesting actions to be taken
 Presenting qualitative results regarding MFS products in terms of how they are perceived by the network and customers. Synthesizing information from the network regarding product and service quality expectations

Requirements:
 Higher education
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Knowledge of the financial and insurance products market for the automotive sector
 Basic knowledge of leasing legislation in Poland
 Experience in the financial industry will be an advantage
 Availability, communication skills
 Ability to conduct training and presentations
 Analytical skills
 Responsibility, systematic approach
 Category B driving license
