Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser for our OS Wine Sales Division serving multiple account stores in Kalamazoo, MI —an entry-level role built to help you launch your career through hands-on experience in retail execution and customer support.

Key responsibilities include:
- Stocking and rotating GLWAS products in assigned retail stores
- Supporting effective shelf placement and maintaining in-store displays
- Tracking product availability and escalating out-of-stocks to District/Area leadership
- Following daily plans, using basic reports/forms, and communicating progress with your manager

Required qualifications/skills:
- At least 18 years old; High School Diploma or GED 
- Comfort using basic iOS devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 100 lbs
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (which includes full Background Check, 10-Panel Drug Test,    Physical Evaluation, and Agility Test) and maintain a safe driving record

Additional Requirements

• Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
• Cooperates with all management and staff of GLWAS.
• Follows all MLCC rules and regulations, as they apply to the position.
• Use alcohol in a responsible manner when related to business activities.

A Typical Shift

You’ll start your day by checking your route and priorities, then head into local stores to bring displays to life and keep product conditions sharp. Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate with GLWAS District Managers and Area Managers when you spot gaps on the shelf, helping solve out-of-stock issues quickly. Expect steady movement, a mix of independent work and quick check-ins, and a schedule of up to 29 hours per week with daytime hours Monday–Friday (with occasional evenings/weekends as needed).
