Job Description:

Job Summary**

The Client Service Lead at Heidrick & Struggles is responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the firm's strategic growth within the executive search and leadership consulting space. This role involves acting as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their talent needs, and orchestrating internal resources to meet those needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on executive talent and leadership development.
* Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for additional Heidrick & Struggles services, including executive search, leadership consulting, and culture shaping.
* Collaborate closely with executive search consultants, leadership consultants, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Oversee the end-to-end client engagement process, from initial contact and proposal development to project execution, invoicing, and post-engagement follow-up.
* Monitor and manage client expectations, proactively addressing any concerns or issues to maintain high levels of client loyalty.
* Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and competitive landscape.
* Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client prospects and participating in pitches and presentations.
* Track and report on client account performance, revenue generation, and service delivery metrics.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive offerings.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client-facing roles within a professional services environment, preferably executive search, management consulting, or a related field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client relationships.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of an organization.
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
* Ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
