Director of Venture Payments | Fully remote | Europe / Latam | Up to $200k USD

Plexus is working with an innovative blockchain infrastructure company launching a new crypto payments venture focused on stablecoin-powered cross-border payments, B2B payouts and merchant settlement.

They are looking for a Director of Venture Payments to lead the venture from 0-to-1, owning product development, commercial strategy and growth. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead the 0-to-1 launch of a new crypto payments venture
• Own product strategy across stablecoin payments, cross-border transfers and settlement
• Drive commercial growth through partnerships, distribution and revenue generation
• Build and lead a dedicated product-engineering team
• Navigate payment operations, FX, liquidity and compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years in payments, remittances or fintech, with at least 3 years in crypto
• Proven experience launching live stablecoin payment products and crypto-based cross-border payments
• Strong understanding of B2B payments, payouts, merchant settlement and treasury
• Knowledge of Bitcoin and EVM ecosystems
• Commercially minded, with experience building products from scratch and owning business outcomes
