Senior Broker - IPO

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Broker to join our growing London-based sales team specialising in pre-IPO investment opportunities. This is a high-performance telesales role focused on handling qualified inbound leads, building investor relationships, and closing investment deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling alternative investment products — ideally pre-IPO or private equity — and consistently achieving high revenue targets in a regulated sales environment. Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound investor leads
• Present and sell pre-IPO investment opportunities over the phone
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
• Explain pre-IPO offerings, valuations, and exit potential clearly, professionally, and compliantly
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close and allocation
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay up to date with IPO pipelines, private markets, and alternative investment trends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience selling alternative investment products over the phone
• Proven track record in telesales and closing high-value investment deals
• Experience selling pre-IPO shares, private equity, EIS/SEIS, property investments, bonds, or similar alternative investments preferred
• Strong understanding of private markets and the IPO process
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Experience working with inbound leads essential
