Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Investigations Analyst. 

 

The primary responsibility of this role is to build and deploy HR Investigations curriculum concepts and related projects.

 

Reporting to the Manager, Employee Relations, the person in this role will support the objective to develop and coordinate HR Investigations training needs, knowledge content, and user tools.  This role will analyze processes, understand user training needs, coordinate with subject matter experts, plan and deploy training in quarterly cycles.  This includes creating material, scripts, QRGs, as well as updating and refining materials to align with properly sequenced delivery and communication schedules. 


This position is based in Plano, Texas.  The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.


What you’ll be doing

  • Develop training schedule and ensure delivery of HR Investigations curriculum and reference tools
  • Ensure trainer and material readiness
  • Actively engage training participants for preparation, troubleshooting, and feedback
  • Support and improve audit protocols
  • Manage investigator knowledge articles (articles, content, and refresh schedule)

 

What you bring

  • Education: Associate degree (or higher), or equivalent and relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years of human resource experience
  • Experience with:
    • Project management or schedule management
    • Project status tracking and visualization
    • Training management and delivery
    • Auditing and reporting
  • Extensive use of/proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

 

Added bonus if you have

  • HR investigations experience
  • Training platform experience, such as Cornerstone
  • Toyota Business Practices (TBP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
