Job ResponsibilityTechnical consult and solution design for customer, including Cloud, CyberSec, ICT and IoT services.
Prepare and Optimize Project investment cost
Coordinate with Operation team to deliver and maintenance the design solution to customer
Coordinate with supplier to explore new potential technology
EDS and CCII technical & Service knowledge sharing
Work closely with Strategic Key Account Customer/AM to develop account plan relating to Customer’s business roadmap.
Design total solution to meet customer’s need. Provide professional advice as one stop to existing and new potential customers.
To supervise End to End Service Delivery including Implementation, UAT and Aftersales to meet customers’ satisfaction by Coordinating with Back Office Team.
To be Single Point of Technical Expert.
Engage with Product team to feedback customer’s requirement and suggestion for future development/improvement.
