Description
Location: Annandale, VA.
Status: Full-Time, In-Office.
Compensation: $23–$27/hr + Benefits.
Shift: 7:45am–4:45pm, Monday - Friday.

- Coordinate therapy schedules to ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care.
- Proactively identify and fill cancellations, openings, and scheduling gaps.
- Help families navigate intake, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care with confidence and compassion.
- Monitor scheduling trends and therapist availability to maximize access to care.
- Support therapist productivity by helping maintain healthy and efficient schedules.
- Partner with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with families while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that help strengthen and grow the practice.

- Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, scheduling, patient coordination, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience in pediatrics or outpatient healthcare strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology, EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
- Ability to pass a TB test and FBI background check.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA or willingness to learn.
- $23-$27/hour based on experience.
