Overview
As an Advanced Practice Provider at Prism Health, you'll provide compassionate and culturally specific primary care to LGBTQ+ patients, including gender affirming care and HIV/AIDS care. This full-time dayshift position (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) includes 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of admin time weekly. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, prescribing hormone therapy, patient education, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Must have current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate with prescriptive authority and at least three years of primary care experience.
