Merchandising Specialists are responsible for restocking shelves and cold boxes with Red Bull products in grocery and mass accounts, ensuring proper rotation and merchandising to company standards. Key duties include maintaining adequate backstock levels, delivering and installing cold equipment, building relationships with store personnel, collaborating with third-party merchandisers, and training new staff. The role requires repeated lifting of 10-25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily, moving carts/dolly weighing up to 75 pounds, prolonged sitting while driving, and the ability to stand and walk frequently. Candidates must have a current driver's license with clean driving record, valid DOT, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of the beverage market and prior sales experience are preferred.
