Overview
This position works closely with Process/Project Engineering, Tool Engineering and Production to implement new product launches on the production floor. You'll investigate and develop countermeasures to ongoing issues of existing processes, providing hands-on technical support minimum 80% of the time. Responsibilities include conducting tests, reporting data, adjusting equipment, troubleshooting, and performing process capability studies. The role requires working second shift (3:00PM to 11:30PM Monday to Friday) with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise environments.
