Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general daily maintenance of the facility and satellite areas. Your duties include maintaining exterior and interior spaces, performing general painting, plumbing, A/C, carpentry, and electrical work, and assisting housekeeping staff during peak times. You will also maintain pools and spas, pick up debris, and ensure a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has relevant building maintenance experience, prior electrical and plumbing skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
