Seattle Gourmet Foods is looking to fill our warehouse associate position. We will consider candidates with a strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork. The ideal candidate will have work experience in a warehouse and know how to drive a forklift - if you have worked in a food manufacturing facility even better. We are a privately owned gourmet food manufacturer, located in Kent Washington. We are looking for people who share our passion for Teamwork and value humility, working hard, and being kind.
As a member of the warehouse team, you will make multiple activities happen throughout the day - loading and unloading trucks with a forklift, pulling orders, cycle counting, palletizing shipments, and recording lot numbers accurately. Training and daily instruction will be provided, and you will work directly under an experienced manager who will help you succeed and grow. Growth here is a must, so you will be supported with daily instruction and training on our established procedures.

Job Duties Include:
- Loading and off-loading vehicles with a forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Sorting and staging orders in proper areas.
- Palletizing, packing, strapping & wrapping freight.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Cycle counting, Stock rotation.
Job Requirements:
- Forklift experience: Stand up and Sit down.
- Punctuality and attendance are key.
- Good communication skills and the ability to read and speak English.
- Must be able to pass a basic math exam.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Day Shift M-F. 7 am -3:30 pm.
- $21 to $25 /hour DOE.
- Full Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and paid holidays and option for 401K with company match.
