About the Role

This role is to acquire corporate customers for both Large Company and SME, and MNC and drive strategic corporate sales initiatives to support the overall corporate solutions channels through working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Sales Initiatives/Performance:

• Acquire new partnership (direct-sell ComCare product) of SME, Large Company and corporate MNC account
• Accountable for achieving defined target objectives in respect of sales and business growth in alignment with the business direction
• Monitor and communicate sales results regularly to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and decision making

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage and engage regularly with partners to build strong relationship for up-sell/cross-sell and maintain renewal business.
• Constantly look out to develop new avenues of business with the partner to maximize the partnership potential
• Influence the decision with partners toward achieving strategic common and profitable goals
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes, efficiency and customers experiences

People Leadership:

• Build highly productive sales team with a strong AIA sales culture
