JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Electronics Coating Technician in Madison AL. The Electronics Coating Technician is responsible for hands-on technical aspect of the role while aligning with the industry-specific work involving electronic components and coatings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow detailed electronic work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Mask and tape designated areas of circuit boards to protect them from conformal coating or potting applications.
- Remove excess coating and perform precise manual touch-up work as needed.
- Transport circuit board racks between workstations to support ongoing production processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in manually applying conformal coatings with excellent hand dexterity.
- Strong visual acuity for detailed, close-range work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a controlled environment handling solvents, acetone, and coating materials.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
