Description
Our client is a 5* very high end International Chain Hotel with several award winning fine dining restaurants.
This role will be reporting directly to Executive Pastry & Bakery Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Experience in similar position in luxury 5* hotel
• Experience handling large teams
• Strong experience in similar position
• Strong in Food Cost, Food ingredients and trends
• Creative and innovative in preparation and presentation
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Good English both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team focused mindset
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership
• Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
• Readiness and ability to initiate action
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to co-ordinate the day to day pastry kitchen operation
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Flexible working hours
• Outgoing pleasant personality
• Strong work ethic
