Job Description:
Location: St. Louis, Mo; Romeoville, IL, or other BW Packaging location agreed to by Erica and Geoff
Description:
- Lead and support critical projects enabling BW Packaging's success, providing a spectrum of operations experiences to support a pathway to operational leadership
- Projects will leverage critical thinking and analytical capabilities to marry data with target outcomes.
- Illustrative examples of projects include:
- Implementing strategic initiatives related to successfully improving productivity at different locations or specific parts of the value chain (e.g., parts fulfillment)
- Executing larger-scale operational improvement projects that requires implementation/leadership across multiple sites
- This should be viewed as a 1-2 year development role, with a plan to exit into an operational / continuous improvement leadership role
