The role

Manufacturing Crew

What you'll be responsible for

The manufacturing crew operates machines and equipment to produce goods following set procedures, schedules, and quality standards. They turn raw materials into finished products by assembling or processing them, while making sure all work follows standard rules.

They also check product quality and follow safety guidelines to ensure everything meets requirements and the workplace stays safe.

We're looking for someone who

• Fresh graduate of vocational or technical course, or equivalent work experience of 1 year in production operations
• Reading comprehension, writing, and mathematical skills. This will support recording of data.
• Committed team worker with strong sense of responsibility and good attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and an agile mind. This will support the ability to communicate observations or problems encountered in the line/area and propose solutions through Kaizen projects to address them.
