Overview
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity, independence, and confidence. Your responsibilities include providing hands-on support with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans, administering medications, maintaining safe environments, and encouraging community engagement. Some roles require travel between residential and day programs. The position requires physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, a valid driver's license, and commitment to compassionate care.
