Overview
As a Florist, you will consult with and sell cut flowers, houseplants, outdoor plants, and accessories to customers. Your responsibilities include creating bouquets, seasonal arrangements, caring for plants and merchandise, handling cash transactions, and creatively presenting products and store displays. The position requires a friendly, open demeanor with customers, passion for working with flowers and plants, manual dexterity and color sense, creativity, reliability, teamwork skills, and either completed floristry training or similar professional experience. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential. The company offers a parking space, employee discounts, and a positive work environment with a company dog named Frodo. This is a full-time or part-time position in a family-run business that values sustainability and regional products.

## Aufgaben
- Beratung und Verkauf von Schnittblumen, Zimmerpflanzen, Outdoor-Pflanzen und Accessoires
- Sträuße binden, saisonale Arrangements, Versorgen der Pflanzen und Verkaufsware, Kassatätigkeiten
- Kreative Präsentation der Ware und Geschäftsfläche
## Qualifikation
- Freundliches, offenes Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
- Spaß an der Arbeit mit Blumen und Pflanzen
- Geschickte Hände und ein Gespür für Farben
- Kreativität, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Floristik oder ähnliche Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
