Overview
As a remote Insurance AR Specialist with SIS, you will support the financial outcomes of ambulatory surgical centers and clinics by managing insurance accounts receivable. Your responsibilities include following up on outstanding claims and denials, researching and submitting insurance appeals, communicating with insurance representatives, and interpreting managed care contracts. The role requires solid knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance guidelines, and the appeals lifecycle. You'll need prior healthcare insurance collections experience, preferably in ambulatory settings, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. The position requires a minimum of 50Mbps internet download speed.
