Our client is expanding their Swiss Desk and is seeking a high-performing Team Leader together with an established team of Retention Agents. If you already have a successful team ready to relocate and continue delivering outstanding results, this is the perfect opportunity.

Team Leader (Swiss Desk – DE)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Retention Agents
Monitor daily performance and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved
Implement effective retention strategies for the Swiss market
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing training
Drive team productivity and maintain a positive, target-driven environment
Collaborate closely with senior management to maximize results

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position within the FX industry is a must
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
Fluent German (DE) communication skills
Strong leadership, motivational, and organizational abilities
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure

Retention Agents (Swiss Desk – DE)

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify opportunities to maximize client value and retention
Achieve and exceed individual performance targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and account management
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position within the FX industry is a must
Fluent German (DE) communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Highly motivated with a passion for achieving results
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
