About the Role

We are building a curated pipeline of mid to senior-level IT professionals across Backend Engineering, Full Stack Development, Data Engineering and Engineering Leadership roles with demonstrated exposure to AI-enabled and AI-native engineering practices.

This initiative responds to emerging market demand for Agentic Engineering capabilities, AI/LLM-integrated development, and professionals with hands-on experience using modern AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).

 

What You'll Do

Backend & Full Stack Engineers

• Building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience in full stack development (frontend + backend integration)
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows or LLM integrations
• Experience building or consuming AI/LLM-based services

Data Engineers

• Design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and streaming systems
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud environments
• Exposure to AI/ML data workflows or AI-supported data engineering use cases

Engineering Leads / Senior Engineers

• Leading engineering teams in cloud-native or distributed environments
• Driving adoption of AI-enabled development practices
• Managing delivery in complex, high-scale engineering environments

 

What You Bring

• 2+ years of engineering experience (varies by specialization)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design capability
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in fast paced, cross functional engineering teams
• Hands on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)
• Exposure to Agentic systems or AI-driven automation workflows
• Experience building or integrating LLM-based applications or APIs
• Familiarity with AI-augmented software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in environments where AI is embedded in engineering delivery

 

This is a talent pooling requisition to build a bench of AI-enabled engineering professionals for upcoming client requirements.
