At TVH, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor who will be the trusted first point of contact for our customers and ensure they feel heard, helped, and supported
This will be a temporary contract of 1 year.
Your role and responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
How to succeed / Your profile
You have a strong customer-first mindset; experience in customer service is a plus.
You are solution-driven, resilient, and enjoy finding the right answer.
You’re well-organized, able to set priorities, and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
You’re a true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
You are fluent in Slovak or Czech (both written and spoken).
A strong knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
