Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking experienced Plumbing Service Technicians to join our Residential Service Department. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing a variety of standard to moderately complex plumbing tasks related to installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing systems. Candidates must possess strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while working in customers’ homes.

 A $5,000 signing bonus is available for qualified candidates.  

 Responsibilities

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve residential plumbing emergencies.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions, interruptions, and system failures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and quality workmanship practices.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• State-issued Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Valid driver’s license required.
