The Role
We are seeking a dynamic New Car Sales Manager to drive sales performance, coach and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives premium experience within our award‑winning luxury dealership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven automotive sales leadership experience
- Strong ability to coach, motivate and manage a high‑performing team
- Manage new vehicle stock and support inventory planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, professional and results‑driven approach
- Full NSW driver’s licence
