Als Service Planner / Coördinator ben jij het kloppend hart tussen klanten, servicemonteurs en interne teams. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt: van onderhoud en storingen tot opvolging van restwerkzaamheden.

🔧 Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij:

• Coördineert en plant servicewerkzaamheden efficiënt en slim

• Zorgt dat monteurs perfect voorbereid op pad gaan (juiste plek, tijd, middelen en info)

• Houdt continu overzicht en stuurt bij waar nodig

• Bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders

• Verwerkt en controleert werkbonnen (uren, materiaal en rapportages)

• Signaleert afwijkingen en komt proactief met verbeteringen

• Analyseert servicegegevens en claims, en vertaalt die naar concrete optimalisaties

Je schakelt continu tussen verschillende prioriteiten en weet daarin moeiteloos de regie te houden.

🌟 Wat breng jij mee?

• MBO-4 of HBO-diploma (technisch, administratief of commercieel)

• 3–5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol in een technische omgeving

• Affiniteit met techniek en serviceprocessen

• Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden

• Je bent stressbestendig en schakelt makkelijk tussen stakeholders

• Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en goed in Engels

As a Service Planner / Coordinator, you are the vital link between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. You ensure everything runs smoothly — from maintenance and breakdowns to follow-up activities.

🔧 What will you do?

No two days are the same. You will:

• Plan and coordinate service activities efficiently

• Ensure technicians are fully prepared (right place, time, tools, and information)

• Maintain full oversight and adjust schedules when needed

• Act as the key contact for customers and internal stakeholders

• Review and process work orders (hours, materials, reports)

• Identify discrepancies and proactively suggest improvements

• Analyze service data and claims to drive continuous improvement

• MBO level 4 or Bachelor’s degree (technical, administrative, or commercial)

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a technical environment

• Affinity with technical service processes

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Ability to stay composed and manage multiple stakeholders

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset

• Fluent in Dutch and a good level of English
