Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Policy Operations Stream Lead to lead a Group-level team responsible for Security Governance, Policy & Documentation Management, and Data Privacy across the organization.

Role insights:

  • Lead the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Group-wide security policies, standards, processes and governance documentation.
  • Ensure documentation remains aligned with applicable laws, regulations, standards and industry best practices, working closely with Legal and other Stakeholders on new and changing regulatory requirements.
  • Cover key areas including Information Security, GDPR, AI, Resilience, Risk and Digitalization.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of Group policies and governance requirements across local OpCos.
  • Lead Group-level Data Privacy activities, including privacy documentation, Record of Processing Activities (RoPA), advisory and implementation support.
  • Act as a central advisory function for local OpCos, supporting them in interpreting and implementing Group requirements.
  • Support other teams in monitoring implementation and maturity, identifing gaps and coordinating improvement actions.

What makes you unique: 

  • Experience in Information Security, Data Privacy, Documentation framework development, Compliance.
  • Proven experience in leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of security governance, policy management and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven expiriance with frameworks and regulations such as Cyber security regulations, GDPR, AI act, ISO (differnet standards),  NIS2, DORA.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with Legal, Security, Risk, Compliance and business teams.
  • Experience in an international or multi-country organization is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
