The Specialist, Marketing Partnerships & Execution role will be responsible for executing the day-to-day functions for the Marketing Partnerships Execution team and supporting the Vice President, Global Partnership and Promotions. Day-to-day functions include assisting with the Sales Data Base database entry, department reports and promotional recap presentations, client pitch decks and presentations, and client follow-up and calendar management. This position reports to the Vice President Global Marketing Partnerships & Promotions
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day functional elements of the Execution team consisting of a group of 6 team members.
Assist with the Sales Data entry for all promotional deals across theatrical & Disney+.
Handle coordination of team meetings and agenda.
Provide support for upkeep of the Sales Data system to ensure all promotional programs reflect current campaign initiatives.
Assist with asset management for the Execution team across theatrical and streaming titles.
Aid with department budgets, purchasing, invoicing, and coding.
Support leadership where needed for department logistics such as client updates, weekly execution presentation meetings and client follow-up.
Handle the creation of all promotional partner recap presentation decks for both internal and external use and future sales opportunities.
Handle the coordination of department premiums for relevant film/series titles from ordering to warehouse management and inventory.
Assist with promotional partner logistics for online or in person pitch meetings, update presentations, and on-site logistics for partner events such as premieres.
Provide support for on-going Special Projects.
Archive promotional materials and postmortems.
Administrative assistant support with the Vice President's calendar, setting up meetings prep for presentations meeting logistics, travel coordination, expenses, and budgets for department leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of marketing or entertainment experience
Four-year college degree
Strong organization skills
Proficient in all computer programs (Power Point, Word, Adobe, photoshop etc.)
Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work environment
