Overview
About This Position:
The PR Account Supervisor is a key member of the Team One communications team, helping drive PR and marketing communications across a range of premium and consumer brands. This role combines strong media relations, storytelling, strategic thinking and client partnership, working closely with integrated agency partners to create ideas and programs that earn attention and drive meaningful brand and business results.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced PR agency professional—or a strong Senior Account Executive ready for the next step—who is curious about culture, passionate about brands, and eager to dive in, contribute and help shape the work and the team around them.
What You'll Do:
- Drive day-to-day development and execution of PR and marketing communications programs across client accounts, contributing to ideas, strategy, execution, measurement and reporting.
- Be a storyteller and culture-spotter—identifying timely, relevant opportunities and developing earned media programs that put brands at the center of conversations.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with journalists, influencers and creators across traditional, digital and emerging media; develop compelling pitches and story angles that drive high-impact coverage.
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day client partner, providing thoughtful counsel and helping manage priorities, presentations, timelines and deliverables.
- Be an active voice in creative and integrated brainstorms, bringing fresh, unexpected ideas and an earned-first perspective to campaigns, launches, partnerships, events and cultural moments.
- Contribute to new business pitches and growth opportunities, jumping in wherever needed—from research and ideation to storytelling, media strategy and pitch presentations.
What You Bring:
- 5–8 years of public relations experience, preferably within a PR agency or integrated marketing communications agency.
- A strong storyteller with a proven ability to turn brand priorities, insights and cultural moments into compelling PR ideas and earned media opportunities.
- Strong relationships with media, plus a current understanding of how stories move across traditional, digital and emerging platforms.
- A strategic and creative thinker who is comfortable leading or contributing to brainstorms and developing integrated programs that connect PR to broader marketing objectives.
- Confident client communicator with strong writing and presentation skills and the judgment to provide thoughtful, proactive counsel.
- Curious about culture, passionate about brands and motivated by the opportunity to make work people notice and talk about.
