Job Summary:
Leads, manages, and develops crews of electricians to achieve exceptional performance and encourage talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees all electrical operations for multiple sites, crews, optimizing resource allocation and driving the timely and efficient delivery of project objectives.
Coordinates scheduling, material procurement, and equipment allocation for multiple electrical crews to support project milestones and minimize downtime.
Ensures compliance with all applicable codes, safety protocols, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Provides oversight of project documentation systems, ensuring robust tracking of progress, incident management, and resource utilization to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic project reporting.
Leads cross-functional collaboration with project leadership, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to proactively address on-site challenges, ensuring integrated solutions and driving overall project success beyond the electrical scope.
Accurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crews, ensuring timely and precise recording of labor hours in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity required.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Journeyman Electrician License required.
Master Electrician License preferred.
