Manage and maintain global tax payment and refund schedules, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and well documented.
Coordinate activities across the assignment lifecycle, including tracking outstanding information requests, obtaining questionnaires and supporting documentation, and facilitating the timely completion of HMRC requirements.
Review cross-border remote working requests, researching relevant tax legislation and employment tax implications across multiple jurisdictions and escalating potential risks where appropriate.
Assist with assignment cost projections and tax-related research to support mobility planning and identify potential tax efficiencies for employees and the business.
Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Mobility and external advisers to resolve tax-related matters and deliver a seamless experience for internationally mobile employees.
Support UK compliance reporting activities, including maintaining Short-Term Business Visitor records, coordinating documentation from employees and assisting with HMRC submissions, while leveraging technology and AI tools to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
