ATR L&D Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic ATR Learning & Development Trainer with strong knowledge of Accounting to Reporting (ATR) processes.

In this role, you will design and deliver practical learning solutions that strengthen employees’ process, system, and finance capabilities. You will support new hires, existing employees, and business transitions, transformation through classroom, virtual, and digital learning. Your focus will be on creating learning solutions that improve performance and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding training for new hires, migrations, backfills, and internal movements.
• Develop customized process and system training based on business, regional, and team needs.
• Deliver training on ATR processes and finance systems, including SAP ECC, SAP FACT, SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, and Blackline/True Balance.
• Create, review, and regularly update training materials, process documents, and e-learning modules to ensure the content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current business processes, policies.
• Support finance transitions and transformation projects through training, reskilling, documentation, and end-user support.
• Design and conduct Process Knowledge Tests using real business scenarios, exceptions, and process gaps. If gaps are found, create targeted learning interventions.
• Analyze assessment results and provide targeted training, refresher sessions, and BAU learning interventions.
• Partner with ATR leaders, FPO, BPS, and other key stakeholders to identify learning needs and stay updated on process and system changes.
• Monitor trainee performance and share timely training reports, dashboards, and MI data.
• Participate in Gemba and reskilling activities to strengthen end-to-end ATR and ERP knowledge. Build end-to-end ERP and ATR process knowledge at the L5 level.

Required Experience and Skills

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ATR processes.
• Hands-on experience with relevant finance systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, practical, and engaging training content.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with L&D teams across Global Service Centers (GSCs), building strong partnerships, sharing best practices, and driving successful execution of global learning and capability-building initiatives.
