Brand Manager - Cold Beverages

Develop and execute annual marketing plans, managing agency partners and leading integrated campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shopper marketing touchpoints. Build and lead strong relationships with external agency and strategic partners while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, Regulatory, and Finance teams to successfully bring strategies and initiatives to market. Manage the portfolio's marketing investment and P&L with accountability for delivering revenue and profit targets. Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA considered an asset. 5+ years of brand marketing, brand management, or related commercial experience, preferably within CPG/FMCG or beverage categories. Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies grounded in consumer insights, market data, category trends, and competitive dynamics. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities, with a track record of driving business results. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage agency and external partners. Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen or other syndicated data sources is considered an asset. Based in Mississauga with up to 15% travel required.
