ResponsibilitiesPlease note this role is part time: 64 hours biweekly, from 6 am to 2:15 pm with rotating weekend and holidays requirements.
Performs varied duties related to the distribution of clean and soiled, reusable textiles and related products. This may include, but not limited to, sorting textile products, loading or unloading carts and trucks, weighing carts and trucks. Auditing deliveries and returns with the external processing plant and delivering clean or picking up soiled textiles to and from internal customers

Essential Functions
- Accepts and audits deliveries of clean textiles from and return soiled textiles to offsite processing center.
- Packs and records counted clean textile items onto exchange carts/or into trucks, bins or boxes for delivery to user areas using all appropriate equipment/supplies.
- Follows established packing and routing schedules to ensure quality service to our user/customer areas.
- Removes soiled linen from user/customer areas and stages for later pick-up by outside laundry.
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
