Job Functions

• The Welcome Desk Office Assistant position will be a year round position that will include working through holidays when the University is closed.
• This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service to students and/or parents, answering telephones and responding to general inquiries in the housing email inbox for our multiple welcome desk locations.
• Additionally, this position calls for accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out and orientations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) and two years of experience directly related to the job functions.
• Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Work Schedule

• Available shift is 12am to 8am
• Days may vary.

• Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and well organized, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
